Ochsner Lafayette General has an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician at Ochsner Acadia General Hospital in Crowley, LA. Our Lafayette General Medical Doctors (LGMD) physician group is seeking a full-time, employed BC/BE Family Medicine physician to practice in a outpatient Family Medicine practice model. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Crowley, LA.

Qualifications:

  - MD or DO

  - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine

  - Licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana by date of hire
