Our Thurston Medical Clinic in Springfield, Oregon, is a well-established and highly regarded primary care practice with a co-located Endocrinology clinic. Our tightknit team of providers care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative care as well as managing chronic conditions. We are recognized by the State of Oregon as a Patient Centered Medical Home and work closely with our community partners.

- Outpatient practice
- 1st year salary guarantee: $230,000 - $245,000 base salary + % of Receipts Production Bonus
- Production in 2nd year
- 4 - 4.5 day workweek

Qualifications:
- Highly-engaged MD/DO physician
- Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family Medicine
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient's confidentiality
- Compassionate and approachable
- Responsible and trustworthy
