• W-2 Full-time opportunity - (1099 also a possibility)
• Compensation
  • $400,000 year one minimum or 80% of partnership pay if greater than $400k
  • $425,000 second year minimum or 90% of partnership pay if greater than $425K
  • Year 3 - Partnership
