Conveniently located in Sauk City, WI, we are an independent medical clinic offering Family Medicine, Pediatric, Obstetrics and Gynecology services. In addition to acute care and medical consultations, our clinic also offers specialized treatment and management programs for Asthma, Anti-coagulation (ProTime), and Diabetes. We provide a variety of in-house laboratory and diagnostic testing services on-site, including x-rays, bone density scans, ultrasound imaging, and blood and tissue testing, along with partnering with reference labs for additional testing services.
