About this job
Our position is a primarily Outpatient Practice that collaborates closely with our inpatient team at .
This position will provide you with:
- Well-supported team of 3 established physicians, 5 APPs, and 3 RNs, as well as Chaplain, Psychotherapist, and dedicated support staff including LPN and schedulers
- Collaborative team works well together through strong communication and excellent workflow to provide the highest standard of patient care
- .9 FTE, Monday-Friday, no weeknight/weekend call- employment that supports work life balance and a busy practice
- Dedicated clinic spaces:
- and Virtual Visits
- Employed-position, based within a physician-led, financially sound, and growing health care system
Local access to:
- residential home with 8 private suites providing care for residents and families facing terminal illness.
Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License.
