Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital in Sullivan, Missouri is growing and seeking additional Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join the expanding clinic in rural Cuba, Missouri. This clinic is conveniently located 15 miles from the hospital and an easy commute to the St. Louis, Missouri metro area.

Practice Overview:

• Join an existing outpatient only clinic that has been recently expanded and remodeled. 
• Collaborate in this practice with two established Primary Care Providers and an OBGYN Physician.
• Subspecialty support and hospitalist team to care for your patients. 
• 36 patient contact hours within a 5-day work week. 
• High HPSA Score
• EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefit Highlights:

• Competitive 2-year base salary followed by wRVU team-based compensation model.
