MD/DO - Family Medicine - Plainfield

ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Full Scope Family Medicine Physician (OB optional) to serve in the Plainfield and Wild Rose, WI locations.  

Full Time 1.0 FTE - 32 patient contact hours (4 days per week) or 36 patient contact hours (4 days per week)
Rural setting for underserved community, versatility with working in multiple locations, rural hospital work
80+% time in clinic setting
Hospital privileges needed for Waupaca or Berlin
Works collaboratively with APCs in the clinic, hospital, and vet home
Clinic support staff include MA and RN. Hospital support staff include CNAs, RN, Pharmacy, Respiratory Therapy, and Care Management
Team includes 12 physicians and 12 APC
