Job Description

We are currently seeking a Skilled Mechanical Tradespersons (Plumber, Electrical, Carpentry) to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of work and repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee or work alongside work that is performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction trades and related fields
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
