Project Architect

As a Project Architect, you will manage:
As a Project Architect, you will manage:
- Design multi-family and hospitality projects.
- Design new construction, historic adaptive reuse projects, and acquisition rehab projects.
- Work closely with Real Estate Development team to analyze sites for potential developments.
- Work closely with the Construction Department for estimating, construction documents, and construction.
Project Architect Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Five years of related experience, preferably in multi-family housing.
- Strong knowledge of building systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Regional travel may be required from time to time.
