Porter/ Desk Duties - NIGHTS & WEEKENDS

Seeking mature, dependable employee for permanent position.

To ensure a quality of service and productivity, Staff members are encouraged to communicate, work as a team and discuss any and all difficulties or concerns with Management to ensure that the desired results are achieved. Being on-time, proper notification of a call out or late arrival is expected and employment protocol. Hours of Operation must be followed accordingly.

· Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance activities.

· Conduct repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.

· Help Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.

· Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.

· Conduct preventative maintenance work.

· Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.

· Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.

· Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.

Maintenance Assistant Requirements:

• High School Diploma (GED) or Equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (essential).
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Fantastic organizational Skills.
• Great eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

Must be friendly, able to multi-task, get along members, love kids and work in a fast-paced environment. The position is Full-time and require weekends.

Front Desk Responsibilities Also Include

· Answering phones

· Checking members in and out

· Printing membership ID’s

· Collecting payments

· Learning and developing relationships with our members. This position is interactive with our families and kids. Must be able to keep order in a busy facility.

· Light closing cleaning duties.

· Customer Service is very important.
