- 2+ years of prior work experience in a fast-paced professional setting, start-up experience is a plus
- 2+ years of process improvement experience
- Develop & update process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support process implementation and adoption.
- Actively seeks process improvement, with the ability to structure complex processes and clearly identify key issues
- Supporting new development and internal operations; organizing and streamlining a growing company
- Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, client retention and client care, information management, and back-office support
- Responsible for all financial systems, including working with our bookkeeper, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, and maintaining the budget.
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- You will be responsible for hiring your replacement as you move on to the role of Operations Manager and then on to Director of Operations as the team grows

- Familiar with CRM or other business process tools

- Great strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated computer skills and comfort with new technologies
- Experience in Real Estate, Title, or Escrow a plus
- Is coachable/loves to learn/not afraid to put in the hard work to grow personally as well as professionally
