Job Description
We are looking for hard-working, driven, and skilled General Managers for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The following are requirements for this position: 1) at least 4 years experience in the fast food industry 2) Health Department Certificate- (Serv Safe) 3) Must know how to: Manage a drive thru location 4) know how to calculate food costs 5) labor costs 6) general management of the day to day operations.
.The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the day-to- day operational, personnel, marketing and financial aspects of his/her store including but not limited to customer service, employee training, staffing, store appearance, sales, food costs, payroll costs, budget control, store safety, store sanitation, and profit. General Managers must always maintain a customer service focus, passion for results, and a desire to develop a great team

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- College degree in business or related discipline strongly preferred.
- 4 plus of supervisory restaurant experience preferred
- QSR/ Restaurant experience a must !
- Serv Safe Certification
- Able and willing to work an irregular schedule (nights, weekends & holidays)
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Can foresee problems before they occur
- A leader and role model for the employees
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Creates a fun, positive, and energetic environment
- Tracks and maintains data regarding labor costs, food costs, waste management, and inventory
- Adheres to company standards regarding portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Acts as a role model for employees by upholding all standards, policies, and operating systems.
- Trains and coaches staff on operations, processes, and best practices daily
- Assists in business planning for the restaurant, key financials, as well as maintaining and growing sales and profitability
- Educates and articulates product knowledge and ingredients benefits clearly to coworkers and guests
- Attends manager meetings and is prepared to participate by actively listening and working towards a harmonious restaurant workflow
- Achieves operations within budget and sets and reviews budgets with Senior Management
- Establishes excellent guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example and follow-through
- Handles guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment
- Ensures compliance with cash handling, safety/security, and Team Member Handbook policies and procedures
- Constantly communicates with team
- Constantly detects and determines if the product is up to all standards
- Ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with Company standards
