Painter Journeyman/Foreman

Seeking an energetic team player with excellent interior and exterior painting experience, and strong communications and public relations skills for working in the high-end residential re-paint market. Previous management/leadership experience is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-years of painting experience and an accomplished student of the painting profession.
• Be authorized to work in the USA.
• Possession of a current Florida driver's license.
• Undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Fluently communicates in English with suitable writing skills. Spanish is a plus.
• Professional appearance with a pleasing personality and temperament.
• Open to adapting your skills to our system of painting procedures and ethical philosophy.
• Self-motivated, organized, focused, and a quick learner.
• Level temperament and logical thinker.
• Highly detail oriented.

Highlight of Expertise:

1. Understanding of different paint materials. Sherwin Williams paint product's knowledge is a plus.
2. Superior technical skills in all aspects of interior and exterior re-painting and new construction painting.
3. Wood and other surface's preparations for staining and/or fine paint spray finishes.
4. Thorough understanding of proper masking and covering for spray paint applications.
5. Knowledge of safe airless and HVLP spray equipment operation and maintenance.
6. Understanding of safe power tool equipment operations and maintenance.
7. Strict implementation of OSHA safety procedures and requirements.
8. Adapt at working on ladders, aerial boom lifts, and their safe equipment operations.
9. Minor drywall repairs, drywall finishing, and various texture matching.
10. Strong time management, and organizational skills.
11. Performance oriented and can adapt to changing demands.
12. Commonsense problem solver.
