We are looking for a self-motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Tech associate with charisma who is driven to make a positive change within the latest payment technology. Join our team and help business owners and nonprofits benefit from the best in e-commerce, POS, and social media payments.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Cordially and professionally take incoming support calls, answer incoming email support requests from current and new clients.
  • Patiently share software, gateway, terminal and service options with business owners and non-profit organizations.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and document support issues reported to IT.
  • Work with super users and other areas of the IT team to identify problems and troubleshoot issues reported to IT.
  • Work with IT vendors to resolve support issues.
  • Work closely with the on-site team and/or IT team members during implementations of new equipment or software or upgrades.
  • Daily review of open or escalated tickets (open/review/update/follow-up/close)

The successful candidate will possess the following traits:

  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude towards customers; both internal and external.
  • Be proactive and quick to React to monitoring alerts of down or problem devices in a timely manner, and respond to email requests in a timely manner.
  • Be a self-starter; do not wait for tasks to be assigned.
  • Be detail oriented; document troubleshooting steps, resolutions clearly. Verify the issue is resolved before moving on.
  • Work quickly and efficiently to identify problems to ensure quick resolution.

Required qualifications:

  • 16 years or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 2+ years of experience in the customer service industry
  • At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
  • Speaks English
  • Speaks Spanish
  • Background check
  • Reads English
  • Reads Spanish
  • Able to work from home
