Job Description

Rural Health Medical Program, Inc. is seeking a Physician (Family Medicine). Must have M.D. or foreign equiv., and completion of Fam. Practice, Internal Med., or Pediatrics Residency Training. Must be BE/BC in Fam. Med., Internal Med. or Pediatrics and possess or be eligible for an AL med. license. Background check req. Locations: Dallas, Marengo, Perry, Wilcox & Monroe Counties, AL. Summary: Serves as a preceptor for the Nurse Practitioner and is available for medical consultation during center hours. Provides medical management of patients referred by the Nurse Practitioner or refers to other Physicians as needed. Maintains the record of the care provided.

Education: Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practitioner.

Locations: Dallas, Marengo, Perry, Wilcox & Monroe Counties, AL.

Experience: Licensed or eligible for a license to practice medicine in the State of Alabama.
