Soar Transportation is seeking CDL A OTR Reefer Owner Operators Nationwide. Now more than ever, great people are needed to get the job done. As part of our SOAR team, you’ll serve an impressive roster of clients, hauling temperature-controlled freight in late model, well-equipped trucks.
 

Compensation

• Annual pay: $200,000+ average gross pay
  • Earn $1.40 for every loaded mile
  • Receive an additional $0.01 per year of service, up to a cap of $1.45
  • Enjoy a 100% pass-through fuel surcharge based off of weekly D.O.E. National Average
  • Earn 50 CPM on dispatched empty miles
• Additional Pay:
  • Get $50 per hour after just 2 hours of waiting
  • Maximize your earnings with a cap of $300 per 24-hour period
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home time, Route & Schedule

• Home Time: Choose your home time, most drivers are home for 3-4 days every 3 weeks
  • Average weekly miles - 2,450 - 3,000
• Route:  i80 and i90 corridors, could drive outside those areas occasionally
• 100% no touch freight

Equipment Requirements

• 2012 or Newer
• Must have physical damage insurance, bobtail/non-trucking liability, occupational accident coverage, general liability coverage
• Lease purchase program available

Qualification

• Must have valid CDL A License
• 23 years of age
• Minimum 1 year over the road experience
• Clean MVR and driving history
• Solid work history
• Clean background
• Operates under SOAR authority
• Cannot reside in the following states as an Independent Contractor: WA, OR, CA, FL, KY, IL, PA, DC, DE, MD, NJ, CT, RI, NY, MA, NH, ME, VT
