We are seeking talented fun high-energy FOH Staff : Servers, Hosts/Hostesses, Bussers & Expos to become part of our team asap!

• SERVER Basic Responsibilities: providing great customer service by making customers feel welcome and appreciated, suggestive selling and answering questions about menu items, taking food and drink orders, ensuring orders are entered accurately and timely in the POS, bringing food and drinks to guests, following up to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any issues, ensuring food quality and dining room safety, pre-bussing and maintaining station tidiness, managing cash and credit transactions, completing all side-work, and performing other restaurant duties as assigned.
• HOST Basic Responsibilities: providing great customer service by greeting guests immediately as they enter, seating according to the station rotation or putting guests on a waiting list as necessary, assisting is the sanitation and setup of tables prior to seating, presenting guests with menus when seated and answering any initial questions, handling phone inquiries and carryout orders, ensuring the entry area is clean and tidy, managing cash register and related transactions, completing all side-work, and performing other restaurant duties as assigned.
• BUSSER Basic Responsibilities: providing great customer service by pre-bussing, clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables, ensuring the dining room is maintained in tidy and safe condition, properly disposing of trash and sorting dishes at dish station, assisting the dishwasher as needed, completing all side-work, and performing other restaurant duties as assigned.
• EXPO Basic Responsibilities: providing great customer service by organizing orders in the pass window, ensuring the orders are complete and correct, garnishing the orders, assisting servers with the preparation and plating of side items, assisting in the delivery of orders as needed, maintaining pass-window cleanliness, completing all side-work, and performing other restaurant duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail customer service or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests and co-workers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed work environment
• Reliable transportation and attendance necessary
• 16 years and older
