Auto Glass Technician/Installer

We are looking to hire a highly-skilled auto glass technician to join our team, to repair/replace windshields as well as door, quarter, sunroof and rear glasses on customers’ vehicles. The auto glass technician’s responsibilities include notifying customers of various issues that may affect glass installation, removing damaged glass according to Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standards (AGRSS) from customers' vehicles, completing all necessary paperwork, and competently disassembling and re-assembling ADAS equipment in vehicles so equipped. You should also be able to show competency with multiple extraction methods with an emphasis on wire/cord removal devices. You should be experienced with all makes and type of vehicles including passenger vehicles, commercial/fleet trucks, semis and RV's.

To be successful as an auto glass technician, you should demonstrate sound mechanical skills, be able to problem solve disassembly of challenging interior components, and adhere to all health and safety regulations when using hazardous materials. 90% of all work is performed indoors in our heated and air conditioned shop. We use setting devices whenever possible, or two-person setting procedures when setting devices are not viable. Additionally, we perform all ADAS Calibrations in house so familiarity with ADAS Calibrations is a plus as is the ability to custom cut glass both laminate and flat.
