Preschool Educators

Come and learn and grow with Temple Ohav Shalom Center for Early Learning (TOSCEL) staff. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic professionals for the 2023-2024 school year to join us as Preschool Aides and Co-Lead Teachers.

Our staff is responsible for facilitating a positive learning environment that utilizes the Reggio Emilia approach and incorporates STEAM activities. Not familiar with the Reggio Emilia approach? No worries! We provide ongoing professional development and opportunities for collaboration. As a Preschool Aide, you will assist with preparing the environment and materials for the day, documenting the children’s experiences in the Reggio Emilia style, and collaborating with staff and parents to plan further learning opportunities during the afternoon programming.

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in the education industry
