Responsibilities:

Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting
Handle administrative needs of Executive
Arrange conference calls and meetings
Oversee Internal projects
Sales follow-ups
Plan work-related travel details
Plan and organize
QuickBooks accounting involved

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an office manager, executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
