Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria in Bushkill PA.
GENERAL SUMMARY: Participate in all aspects necessary to be sure the Resort property is well maintained including but not limited to Mowing, Weed-Wacking, raking, blowing leaves, trash removal. Employee may be required to perform duties in other closely related job functions and/or departments.
Requirements for this position may include:
- Must produce work in a timely and consistent fashion.
- Must maintain a high level of accuracy and high level of accountability for this position.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- May be exposed to extremes in temperature or weather conditions.
- Must be able to work solo as well as within a group.
- Expected to project a clean appearance and a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous grounds experience
- Able to work in all weather climate conditions
- Must have a valid PA Drivers License
