Licensed Clinical Director

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Director to become a part of our team! You will coordinate mental health, addiction treatment, some medical and health services in a 6-bed residential detox and addiction treatment facility.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee treatment and health service activities and personnel.
• Plan and coordinate treatment and schedules
• Work collaboratively with Medical Director, psychiatrist, counselors, nurses and other staff to implement appropriate treatment goals and programs.
• Ensure that licensed facility meets all the standards for Joint Commission Accreditation and DHS regulations.
• Ensure that team is collaborating with one another to ensure patient safety.
• Establish and enforce program policies and procedures
• Provide monthly training to staff in order to ensure that staff team is developing and growing together in knowledge and best practices

​Qualifications:

• MUST BE licensed as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LCSW, PSYCHOLOGIST)
• Knowledgeable in KIPU electronic medical records documentation preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in drug treatment addiction and detox treatment
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
