Order Processing Clerk: Quick Pay & Flexible Work (PT)

We are seeking an ORDER PROCESSING CLERK to ensure the accurate and timely recording, processing and shipping of orders to our customers. You will take orders on the phone, check orders, reconcile inventory, prepare invoices and ship orders.

We are a small business with a family friendly culture which accommodates flexible working and new technology. We work from 8:30am to 5:00pm Mon to Fri with a 30-min break. The work environment includes processing orders in a climate controlled office area. We are flexible on work hours to those with family commitments. There are opportunities to advance into non operational roles assisting the owner over time.

We expect you to be detail orientated when it comes to ensuring the quality of orders. An ability to identify and report on small details and good color perception is required. Our website may be found at www.classycufflinks.com

Responsibilities:

• Take inbound phone calls and record customer orders
• Record the order in QuickBooks and check customer account before sending to the warehouse
• Check the order once it has been picked and reconcile the inventory in Shopify with the order
• Prepare the invoice and then distribute along with packing slips and shipping labels
• Answer customer enquiries regarding the order and follow-up on their enquiries

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Shopify. ShipStation & QuickBooks
• Experience in data entry & customer service
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
