Description

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests.

  • Welcome and greet seated guests
  • Suggest menu items to encourage customer satisfaction and up-selling
  • Provide detailed information on menu items
  • Take drinks and food orders and place them in our POS system
  • Repeat orders to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure food and drinks are served promptly (in conjunction with or without Runner)
  • Offer desserts to guests
  • Clean tables and dining areas, including counters (when Runner is not available)
  • Ensure that food presentation is up to our high standards
  • Provide customers with checks and take payments
  • Thank customers as they leave
  • Clear tables and clean table tops

Qualifications

  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
  • Possess basic math skills and can handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Work standing for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
  • Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver food trays, frequently weighing 20 to 50 pounds.
