Project Manager

Description: Project manage high-end residential painting projects for fast-growing painting company

Essential Job Functions

• Provides project management for multiple concurrent painting projects
• This is not a painting position; you will be managing numerous professional painting foreman
• Confer with homeowners, foreman, sales, and design professionals for painting projects.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor quality

Qualifications

• College degree and/or some years of construction management experience
• Prior history working with subcontractors preferred
• Prior history working with residential customers is a plus

Required Abilities

• Self-motivated with strong communication by call, text, and email
• Average computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and basis project management software
• Some evenings and Saturday hours are necessary during the peak seasons of Spring, Summer, and Fall.
