Associate Attorney

Sokolof Remtulla, PLLC, a multi-state creditor's rights law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney preferably with a background in default servicing. 

Job Duties:

• Represent financial institutions and other clients throughout the state of California in state, federal, and appellate courts with a focus on secured creditors' rights
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement conferences
• Surplus Funds, title curative litigation, distressed property litigation, foreclosure litigation, unlawful detainer actions, and other real property litigation.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• J.D., California Bar Membership
• Admitted to practice in all courts in California
• 1-5 years of legal experience
