Entertainment Talent Agency seeks a detail-oriented self-starter. Please only apply to this job if you have administrative office experience! The Administrative Assistant will perform core tasks including but not limited to:

  • Creating, Proofing and Editing Contracts
  • Interfacing with Agents, Artists & Managers
  • Management of Calendars

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to manage simultaneous projects, answer many emails and meet deadlines every day
  • Must have the ability to follow up and see projects through to completion
  • Must be able to communicate during all working hours by phone, text and email
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential matters
  • Personal initiative and ability to work independently yet be a team player

This position is remote. This is a fast-paced and exciting job that offers a unique and rare opportunity to the self-motivated to learn the Agency business from a recognized leader in the entertainment industry. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
