Entertainment Talent Agency seeks a detail-oriented self-starter. Please only apply to this job if you have administrative office experience! The Administrative Assistant will perform core tasks including but not limited to:
- Creating, Proofing and Editing Contracts
- Interfacing with Agents, Artists & Managers
- Management of Calendars
Requirements:
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to manage simultaneous projects, answer many emails and meet deadlines every day
- Must have the ability to follow up and see projects through to completion
- Must be able to communicate during all working hours by phone, text and email
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential matters
- Personal initiative and ability to work independently yet be a team player
