Maintain the highest of health code standards in the kitchen Quality Control of product presentation, and taste

Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing the kitchen.

Work with team to do portion prep work for other shifts.

Preferred Experience:

Culinary Arts Degree a plus

Serve Safe Certification a Plus

Must be able to work weekends, nights and some holidays.

Must have reliable transportation.

Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day

Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work: weekends

• Restaurant back of house skills: safe food handling
• Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
• Restaurant back of house skills: fry station
• Restaurant back of house skills: grill station
• Restaurant back of house skills: dishwashing
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
