A local company is expanding its team. They are seeking an outgoing, customer service-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative at Express Employment Professionals, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with people and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Serve as our client's primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct professional and friendly phone interactions, confirming appointments and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Utilize text messaging platforms to confirm appointments and communicate with clients effectively.
• Assist in coordinating reference checks and skills testing for job applicants.
• Proactively reach out to job seekers to gather necessary information.
• Serve as the first point of contact in the absence of senior staff.
• Engage in sourcing activities to identify potential job candidates.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with frequent phone communication and proficient in handling multiple calls.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and attire in a business environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• An analytical mind capable of learning quickly, adapting to change, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $18+ per hour. (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
