Equipment Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills required
• Team-oriented and good communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
• Forklift experience required
• Skid steer experience valued but not required
• Loader experience valued but not required
• Industrial maintenance experience valued but not required (motors, drives, bearings, basic electrical, PLCs, welding, etc.)

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a production plant environment
• Must be able to work as part of a team or independently with limited supervision
