Primary role

Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and amazing product. A team member brings an enthusiastic attitude and great work ethic to the team and customers.

Functions

· Deliver an exceptional customer service experience

· Can clearly explain and guide new customers through the menu

· Able to learn all product offerings

· Communicates clearly with both the staff and customers

· Can provide consistently great product to each and every customer

· Respond to management requests in a timely manner

· Create all products to accurate portion levels

· Able to navigate a point of sale system and handle cash

· Stock all items at the end of each shift

· Follow all Rush Bowls health and safety standards

· Maintain 3 points of engagement with customers
