CupLux is a drive-thru-only craft coffee and smoothie shop, and we are currently looking for some awesome baristas to join our team as we expand our operations.

Baristas are responsible for preparing coffee and other drinks for customers in coffee shops and other establishments. They must be able to work quickly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working with people.

• Baristas can average $10-$24 an hour, depending on experience and tips!

The Basics:

• Be available for at least 3 shifts a week (24 hours total)
• Must have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Make coffee, tea, espresso drinks, and smoothies.
• The barista is also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the work area and equipment.
• Never argue with the customers
• Charge the customer correctly
• Say thank you
• Attend mandatory shop meetings and training
• Maintain a clean, orderly and fun working environment; follow the cleaning checklist
