Job Description

Unicron Property Management is a full service property management company that offers the following services:

General Contractors
Property Maintenance
Lawn Care/Landscaping
Snow Maintenance

Our Construction Department focuses on:

Renovations
Kitchens
Doors
Windows
Decks

We are looking for an Individual who can:

Troubleshoot problems at rental properties
Has the experience and the skills to work with a team renovating kitchens, bathrooms, painting and installing floors.
Can work independently as well as on a team
Can be on call 2 weeks per month

We are looking for an individual that has the following skills:

Is a GREAT team player and lives by the mantra respect for the individual
Has great customer service skills
Must have own tools and willing to use them
Must have own vehicle and willing to use it.
