Must be able to follow a recipe.
Must be a good leader that can direct your team.
Must be reliable and have good communication skills.
Must be organized and clean.
Must be able to calculate plate costs.
Formal culinary training is a plus $$. Excellent references are a must.
Casual Dining open 7 day a week for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Daily specials, sandwiches on homemade breads, soups, salads, pizzas and more. We also have many gluten-free and vegetarian options. We have an on-premises Bakery, Local Artisan Gift Shop, Antique Room, Wine Cellar, Local Brewed Beers and Kombucha.
