POSITION SUMMARY

The Shopgoodwill Product Specialist demonstrates behaviors consistent with our Mission, Vision and Values, on behalf of Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana. The specific responsibilities of this role are to identify, select, and ship high value items to our eCommerce facility to support the growth of Goodwill's online sales.

Responsibilities

• Searching incoming donations for high value merchandise.

• Processing and organizing products for eCommerce and in store showcases.

• Completing all required training to help their site achieve their online sales goals.

• Maximizing online posting percentage while maintaining a high average ticket.

• Maintaining clean and orderly work area.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED is recommended; or equivalent combination of training and experience

• Military experience highly preferred

• Ability to meet production goals and KPIs relevant to the sale of high value items.

• Knowledge of antique and designer products and pricing preferred

• Internet navigation proficiency

• Passion for learning about antiques / high value items

• Results-oriented and driven to achieve goals

• Solid communication verbal and written skills
