Legal Secretary/Scheduling Coordinator

3 Positions Needed:

Scheduling Coordinator: This position may be full time or part time and requires an individual with excellent communication skills who is organized and is proficient in Outlook, Word, PDF, and who enjoys working in team atmosphere in a dog-friendly office.

Legal Secretary: This position is full time and requires an individual with excellent communication skills who is organized and has experience in civil litigation (preferably in healthcare litigation). The position requires working with up to 2 attorneys in a busy law and growing law firm.

Attorney: Ullman Bursa Law is looking for passionate and skilled attorneys to work in a team environment defending nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and physicians in negligence cases. The law firm is fully staffed with paralegals, in-house nurses, and other staff members in a family environment that is dog-friendly.
