Compensation: $15- $18 per hour (depending on experience) after 1-year potential to make $19.50

The Personal Care Worker (PWC) provides for the personal needs and comfort of clients in their homes by performing various personal care services in accordance with an established Plan of Care.

We are looking to immediately hire full-time and part-time Personal Care Workers, and we match you with clients in the areas of Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley.

Starting pay will depend on experience. If you have always wanted to help people and have a job with a purpose but don't have any experience in the industry, we provide paid training every step of the way.

Personal Care Worker Qualifications:

• COVID-19 vaccine acquired before hire
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must provide three professional references
• At least six months experience in healthcare related work preferred
• Have dependable vehicle with current insurance/registration and valid driver's license
• Flexible schedule to accommodate job requests, and reliability for all accepted shifts
• Maturity and ability to make good decisions in the care of clients
• Commitment to maintain all education and training requirements by the state
