This candidate will hold a AA degree at a minimum in ECE or a related field. . They will have a strong extensive knowledge in ECE. Knowing Keystone Stars best practices for a four-star childcare center, knowing how to create lesson plans with Creative Curriculum, and assessments in Teaching Strategies Gold. Childcare will be in this candidate's walk and talk. They will know state regulations and early learning standards. They will be friendly, professional, and a team player. They must be coachable, teachable, and always looking to hit the moving target of quality in ECE. This person must be creative and highly motivated. Must have a friendly spirit, and be able to work well with others.
