Cabinet and Millwork Manufacturing

Our cabinet and millwork shop has openings for cabinet assembly, machine operators, and installers.

Pay range $15 - $20 per hour depending on experience with opportunities for pay increases after 90-day probationary period. Paid every two weeks via direct deposit.

Requirements:
• Strong Work Ethic
• Must be able to take verbal instruction and follow procedures accordingly.
• Physical and Manual Labor required (50 lb. lift capability)
• Knowledge of millwork construction methods
• Perform all duties within a company-wide Safety culture.
• Hold a Valid Driver’s license (installers) or have reliable transportation to/from work (shop)
• Some Regional Travel (Installers)
• Knowledge of various wood working machinery.
• Hand and Power tool usage.

• Working knowledge of cabinetry & other various wood structures/products
• Experience working with laminates * Experience in manufacturing and assembly
• Must be able to take accurate measurements
• Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all work with ability to produce good quality work
• Self starter
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Flexible approach to working time to meet deadlines/peak workloads
• Able to work overtime/weekends when required
• Must be a team player
