Volume Transportation Inc. is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Atlanta, GA. Drivers will be hauling freight throughout the southeast states no further north than VA. Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,300.00 - $1,500.00
  • Base 50 CPM with an average of 2,300 – 2,500 miles weekly 
  • Paid $13 per hour while on duty not driving
• Bonuses:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500 paid as monthly increments after 30 days employed
  • Safety Bonus: Up to $150 monthly
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekends!
• Schedule: Will work with driver
• Route: Southeast states of GA, FL, AL, TN, NC, SC, VA
  • No further north than VA!
• Level of Touch: No touch with a mixture of live load and drop & hook

Equipment

• 2020 & Newer Automatic Trucks
• ELD equipped using Motive system
• Tablet included
• Outward facing camera
• Governed speed: 
  • 65 mph to start
  • 68 mph after 90 days of safe driving

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age  
• Must have valid Class A CDL
• Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A CDL experience
• No DUI/DWI, unlawful BAC, open container or refusal to test within past 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations, 2 preventable accidents, or any safety related suspensions within the past 3 years
• Felonies within the last 7 years will be reviewed on a case by case basis
• No controlled substance events within the past 7 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Having a passport is not required but a plus with great earning potential
