Printer Operator

Compensation:

Starts at $13.50 with a minimum of 30 hours. Full-time roles are available. Also includes 100% coverage for health benefits.

As a Printing Operator with C&E Specialties, Inc. in Rockford, IL, you are the person who makes it possible for us to deliver the correct, quality products on time to our customers. We can’t run without you. Every day on your 8-hour shift beginning at 7 am, you’ll start by reviewing the orders for the day. Then, you’ll be inspecting every detail for safety and functionality - checking components, reviewing the area, and then getting your day started in this very fast-paced environment. This environment is not climate-controlled. You will be on your feet for most of your shift, doing physically-demanding work. To thrive in this role, you must be willing to learn by doing. You should care about others on your team and their safety. You are willing to say something if you see something, and you always show up and put in your best effort.
