Admissions Counselor

Shepherd's Hill Academy is a therapeutic boarding school for teens in crisis, and our mission includes bringing hope and healing to the families we serve. We are looking to grow our talented and passionate team by adding an Admissions Counselor! The Admission Counselor will help provide hope to families by qualifying them for placement within Shepherd's Hill Academy or giving a referral, and by introducing them to reliable and valuable parenting resources.

Some Duties:

• Work under the leadership of the Director of Admissions to consistently deliver qualified leads and consistent enrollments.
• Lead all inquiries as far into the Admissions Funnel as possible.
• Contact all leads from various sources and determine their inquiry status.
• Establish and begin building the student profile for qualified leads.
• Submit weekly reports to the Director of Admissions.
• Follow up on archived leads, as established by the Director of Admissions.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Admissions personnel should be a high "I" personality and should have sales experience. It is important that this person is an effective communicator and proves efficient in the ability to negotiate and lead someone through the Admissions funnel. This person must have the ability to compile data and analyze it to improve results. Admissions Personnel must have the ability to use technology, productivity tools, and database software to accomplish departmental goals.

Details:

This is a Monday-Friday position. We are hiring for one full-time Admissions Counselor. Pay for this position starts at $30,000 salaried, annually.
