ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Project Manager is a key part of daily operations supporting our crews installing roofing, siding, window, gutters, doors, decking, and general carpentry. Assure all sold jobs are ordered, initiated, installed, and completed in a timely and professional manner.
This position is primarily a field role. Responsible for assuring all materials, project details and any equipment necessary to complete projects are available. Coordinates with Production & Sales to achieve superior performance and profitability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Pre-Production
· Remeasure all projects and meet with all homeowners to verify accurate scope and specifications and turn in to the office within 10 days of contract signing
· Generate comprehensive material lists for all projects
· Quote and source competitive pricing from strategic partners for all materials
· Finalize work orders, labor pricing for all projects
· Communicate scheduling and logistics with homeowners leading up to deployment
Operations Management
· Coordinate logistics of materials, dumpster, tool rental and other requirements for successful completion of every job
· Oversee and maintain work quality of installers
· Maintain customer expectations and satisfaction throughout the project through constant communication
· Complete walkthrough of each project
Administrative
· Actively participate in TQM program
· Follow up with customers and manage customer satisfaction surveys with Sales Manager
· Assure additional work orders are recorded and accurate
· Assure material and work orders are accurate and kept on schedule throughout project
· Assure any and all applicable regulatory compliance such as Lead RRP and OSHA
Industry:
· Stay abreast of competitor behavior, pricing, and other developments
· Stay abreast of industry developments in products, procedures, and codes
· Attend appropriate initial and continuing industry training and credentialing programs
ABOUT YOUR MANAGER:
You will be working directly with the owner of the company, an established professional who is committed to your success. He is not a micro-manager; he expects that you work independently but is always available to provide support or assistance. By the way, you work with the owner, not for him!
WORKLOAD DISTRIBUTION:
75% - Meeting with customers and crews in the field
15% - Production related paperwork – Measurements, material lists, change orders, etc.
10% - Miscellaneous Tasks – Special Projects, Meetings, & Continuing Education.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of five years’ proven experience making decisions and solving problems, resolving conflicts, and negotiating with others, deductive and inductive reasoning, and working directly with the public.

- Existing building and/or construction knowledge helpful
- Company vehicle will be provided, employee responsible for maintaining pristine cleanliness and calculating personal mileage and usage for tax purposes,
- Employee is responsible for maintaining a fully functional smartphone with data, text, & calling.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
COMPENSATION:
· $80,000-$100,000 Yearly Salary paid weekly. Depending on Experience
