CMM Inspector - 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Come to work passionate about making really cool parts that no one else can do...

• Setup and Operate CMM machine tools to check precision parts, we make jewelry...
• Complete FAI and make sure all parts are looking parts, debur and hand finish the details that cannot be done on the machine, make sure that every part is perfect, a good job looks good...
• Attention to detail, complete paperwork correctly every time, all the time, without having to remind you a million times...
• Clean and organized work area, audit work area and parts for FOD and other quality issues, etc, etc. You like to keep your work area clean and organized.
• Teamwork, everyone is pulling together to get the job done. Keep the customer happy!

​Qualifications:

• Can walk up and check all aspects of AS9100 quality systems
• Understand complex drawings and geometric tolerances
• Can support machinist in adjusting such as detailed bores to +/- .0005 inch
• Can use metrology equipment such as profilometers to measure 8 Ra finishes
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive can do attitude to figure things out
• Excellent attendance and work habits
• Willingness to learn and teach

Other Important Details:

• Work hours are M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm (we sometime work weekly OT before and after the start times as needed and work for your family schedule to meet the customer needs, and/or 1/2 day on Saturday)
• We have performance incentive plan based on Attendance, Quality, 5S, Productivity that is very attainable and is a significant weekly payout
