We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounting transactions for financial statements, and other financial reports
- Perform compliance audits under the direction of department manager to ensure adherence to standard requirements
- Comply with procedures and processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in not for profit accounting.
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
