Barista

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Someone who embodies The Graceful Ordinary vision, values and founding principles and are effectively communicated, understood and practiced.

• Maintain supplies and inventory.

• Maintain high level of standards for all product preparation.

• Perform opening and closing responsibilities, storing and cleaning of all

  equipment and items and restocking all areas assigned.

• Maintain open, positive and effective communication with others.

• Adhere to Company recipes and measurements.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks in a consistent and timely manner.

• Report to scheduled shifts on time and in complete uniform.

Requirements:

Preferred:

• Minimum of 1 year experience

• Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification

  requirements (Food Handler certification)

• 2 years experience at a high-end coffee house or roastery •

Previous experience in fine dining or fast-paced restaurant

Pay:
$13-$15 hour (based off of experience), plus tips Hours:
Saturday and Sunday brunch: 10am-3pm
