Cleaner

We are seeking a Part Time Cleaner to join our team, willing to work together and at times alone who carries a positive spirit, honest, competent, productive that is flexible able to learn new ways of cleaning step by step if needed.

Location: Caldwell, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform detail cleaning duties such as cleaning steaming floors, wood trim, bathrooms, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize work supplies
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• ​Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields a plus
• Ability to handle physical workload, time management, and assist in helping others
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Responsible for positive attitude
• Dependable show up on time and complete all tasks without having to be micromanaged
• Must be able to work with others and at times work alone.
• Not get offended if work needs improvement and willing to grow from mistakes
• Be able to contribute to the team.
• Must be legal to work in the United States
• Hours:
• Tuesday and Wednesday 8:40am - 4pm or until job is complete
• Thursday 8:50am - 4:30pm or until job is complete
• Alternating week:
• Tuesday 7am - 3:30pm or until job is complete
• Wednesday 7am - 2:30pm or until job is complete
• Thursday 8:40am - 4:30pm or until job is complete
