 Project Manager / Estimator

Project Manager for SERVPRO Disaster Recovery Team in south Georgia. The Project Manager is responsible for estimating the scope of mitigation and reconstruction projects in Xactimate, getting the scope approved, and then providing oversight and project management throughout the project process. This includes providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the team members and any coordinated subcontracts, as well as managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.

Compensation:

●  Base salary: $45,000-$55,000

●  Employee is eligible for company bonus plan

Responsibilities:

●  Ability to manage mitigation & reconstruction projects

●  Respond to property damage emergency calls

●  Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements

●  Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors

●  Participate in design, process and permit submittal

●  Establish and maintain client relationships

●  Complete monthly expense reports

●  Attend all appropriate company meetings

●  Attend regular company sponsored training sessions

●  Additional duties required as needed 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

●  3+ years’ experience as a project manager, preferably in the restoration/construction industry

●  Knowledge of Xactimate software 

●  Ability to travel for large loss & weather related events

●  Ability to manage budgets and schedules

●  Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)

●  Ability to recognize and solve problems independently

●  Strong communication and negotiation skills

●  Self-motivated, responsible and accountable

●  Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
