Concrete Leveling Crew Leader

Great Lakes Leveling is Michigan's leading concrete lifting and leveling company. We are family owned and operated and specialize in lifting and stabilizing sunken or settled concrete using polyurethane foam injection. We are based out of Lapeer and service most of Southeast Michigan.

We are growing this year and are in need of a reliable, hard working crew leader to operate and drive one of our truck and trailer systems. Your daily responsibilities will include driving a heavy duty truck and trailer or full size panel van to and from job sites and operating the equipment necessary to complete the job. You will have a dedicated laborer who assists you in your daily work. Must be able to regularly lift more than 30 pounds and bend or kneel as needed on concrete.

Experience with concrete pouring or any form of concrete lifting and leveling would be great but are not necessary. We will provide hands on training to the right candidate. We believe that skills can easily be taught but a great attitude and work ethic are things you come equipped with.

Requirements:

A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

At least 4 years construction or hands on work experience.

This is a seasonal position but pays better than most all year round positions. Our seasons typically run from April through December. You'll have a base pay of more than $45K with huge profit sharing bonus potential on top of that.
