ELS is hiring for the position of Construction Supervisor in Tampa, Florida.

Whatyou'lldo:

The Construction Supervisor oversees construction budgets and projects throughout our portfolio.

Yourjobwillinclude:

  • Supervise the construction of site-set manufactured homes up to the point of being ready for sale.

  • Manage project budgets and resources.

  • Rehab the existing inventory of homes to ensure readiness for sale and/or rent.

  • Build relationships with managers to complete home construction projects in keeping with the company's quality standards.

  • Supervise contractors.

Experience & skills you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3+ years of construction management experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.

  • Strong communications and leadership skills.

  • Ability to define problems relevant to accounting opportunities and needs, including data collection, analysis and drawing of valid conclusions.

  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
